Good morning teacher and classmates, Today, I would like to talk about the Vietnamese lifestyle in the past and the present, the differences between them, and the lifestyle I prefer. In the past, life in Vietnam was simple and challenging. Most people lived in rural areas and worked as farmers. They mainly grew rice and raised animals to earn a living. Life was not easy because there was little technology and few modern machines. People depended a lot on nature and worked very hard. However, families and neighbors were very close, and people often helped each other. Children spent more time playing traditional games and helping their parents. Nowadays, life in Vietnam has become more modern and convenient. Many people live in cities and work in offices, factories, or companies. Technology plays an important role in daily life, such as smartphones, the internet, and modern transportation. People have better education, healthcare, and more entertainment choices. However, modern life is also busy and sometimes stressful, and people may not spend as much time with their families as before. There are many differences between life in the past and life now. The biggest differences are in technology, living conditions, and lifestyle. Life in the past was slower and simpler, while life today is faster and more comfortable. These changes happen because of economic development and advances in science and technology. Personally, I prefer the modern lifestyle because it offers more opportunities to study, work, and improve myself. However, I think we should still keep the good values from the past, such as strong family bonds, kindness, and community spirit. Thank you for listening!
