Citizens can also access healthcare, education, and government services easily through online platforms, which makes life more convenient. However, there are still several disadvantages. Smart cities require significant investment to build and maintain, so the cost of living may be higher. In addition, personal data can be collected through cameras and sensors, raising privacy concerns. Some elderly people may also feel confused because they are not familiar with technology. In my opinion, smart cities are a great direction for the future, but they must balance technology with human needs and security.
