I often feel stressed because of too much schoolwork and upcoming exams. Sometimes, I also feel pressure from my parents’ expectations and competition with classmates. These things make me tired and anxious. Here are the ways I deal with my stress. I try to manage my time better by making a daily schedule. I also listen to music or go for a walk to relax. Talking to my friends and sharing my feelings helps me feel much better

I often stressed because of studying and here are the ways I deal with my stress.I usually apply solution names "Podorodo",learning for 30 minutes or more,and relax for 5 minutes and others.Split the layout and learn the keywords.I try to arrange my schedule,avoid learning too long.Sometimes,teachers gave them so much homeworks lead stress.You can listen to music,or maybe learning online,call video with your friends.You can search on the internet to find information too.So that helps in some ways then.Besides,at school,you should go out and spend time with friends.
