Thanks for your letter. I am so happy that you are inviting me to watch a movie with you tomorrow. I am willing to come along but sadly I cannot.

Tomorrow's plan is for all of my family members to pay a visit to my grandmother as she is ill. My mom stressed that I must join. It's heartbreaking for me to miss the movie, but of course, that is my only fair choice. I am hoping you will understand.

Perhaps we can go again next week. You can tell me how the movie was. Did they laugh or grieve? I hope you enjoy yourself there.
