1. Introduction (Người 1):
Hello everyone! Today we’re going to talk about energy sources – something we use every day. Our presentation has six parts, and each person will explain one topic. The most important part is from our team leader, who will talk about the big problems with non-renewable energy. Let’s begin!
2. What are energy sources? (Người 2):
Energy sources are things we use to make energy. There are two main types: renewable and non-renewable. Renewable energy comes from the sun, wind, water, or heat from the Earth. Non-renewable energy comes from fossil fuels like coal, oil, and natural gas. Knowing the difference helps us choose better ways to use energy.
3. Renewable energy sources (Người 3):
Renewable energy comes from nature and doesn’t run out. For example, solar energy comes from the sun, wind energy comes from the wind, and hydropower comes from moving water. These types of energy are better for the environment and do not cause much pollution. They are a good choice for the future.
4. Non-renewable energy sources (Người 4):
Non-renewable energy, like coal, oil, and gas, comes from the ground and will run out one day. People use them a lot because they are cheap and easy to get. But they are bad for the Earth and make the air dirty. That’s why this topic is very important.
5. Benefits of renewable energy (Người 5):
Renewable energy is good because it will never run out. It helps us stop using fossil fuels, which are bad for the environment. It also creates new jobs and makes the air cleaner. But to know why we need it, we must look at the problems with non-renewable energy.
6. Disadvantages of non-renewable energy (Người 6 – Trưởng nhóm):
This is the most important part of our talk.
Non-renewable energy has helped people for many years, but now it causes big problems. Burning fossil fuels makes dirty gases that warm the planet and change the weather. Getting these fuels also hurts nature and makes people sick. These fuels will run out, and prices will go up. That’s why we must use more renewable energy to protect the Earth and our future.

Sources of Energy: Powering Our Future
Introduction (N1)
Distinguished teacher and dear classmates, welcome to our presentation! This week, our team — which publishes five other newsletters — will discuss energy. Energy makes a significant difference in our daily life. There are various energy sources and we will give you the explanation of everyone today.
Fossil Fuels (N2)
I’ll tell you what is not irrelevant: fossil fuels. They are coal, oil and natural gas. They’re formed from plants and animals, the remains of which date back millions of years. Today, we burn these fuels in order to generate electricity and for cars and trucks. Fossil fuels are convenient to use, but they produce pollution and climate change. They will also be depleted one day, because we cannot produce more of them.
Nuclear Energy (N3)
My entry revolves around nuclear power. Nuclear power is generated from splitting atoms in special plants. It generates a lot of power, with no smoke and no pollution. A single tiny chunk of uranium can yield as much energy as a ton of coal. The good news is no air pollution. The bad part is nuclear waste that remains dangerous for generations. Some nations such as France have a lot of nuclear power in their electricity mix.
Solar Energy (N4)
I will explain solar energy. Solar power is derived from the sun. We have uses solar panels to snare sunlight and convert it into electricity. The sun's energy is renewable and clean. In just one hour, our sun provides us with a scant three and a half times as much energy as mankind uses in an entire year! The catch is that solar panels don’t work well when it’s overcast or at night. But technology is improving, and solar power is on sale every year.
Wind Energy (N5)
My topic is wind energy. Wind turbines are tall poles with very large blades that go round and round when it’s windy. This spinning creates electricity. Wind power is a clean and renewable source of energy that will never get depleted. countries are constructing wind farms on land and in the ocean. The problem is, of course, that the wind doesn’t blow all the time and some people believe wind turbines are noisy or unattractive to look at.
TEAM LEADER’S SECTION - FUTURE OF ENERGY (N6)
As we contemplate the future of global energy provision we face big choices that will have consequences for united generations. The move off fossil fuels and to renewables is one of the great technological and economic transitions in the history of human civilization. This change is not just a good thing to do — it is essential for curbing climate change and ensuring energy security around the world.
In conclusion, our energy future depends on balanced approaches that integrate multiple sources while prioritizing sustainability, accessibility, and security. The decisions we make in the next decade will determine whether we can successfully address climate change while meeting growing global energy demands. The path forward requires international cooperation, technological innovation, and bold leadership—this is not just an energy transition, but a profound transformation of our entire society.
Conclusion (TẤT CẢ)
Thank you for listening to our presentation about energy sources. As we have shown, each type of energy has good points and bad points. In the future, we will need to use many different energy sources together to power our world in a clean and safe way. We all need to learn more about energy and make smart choices to protect our planet.
