Personally, I prefer a job that requires formal education. There are several reasons for this.

First, formal education gives me the knowledge and skills I need for my job. For example, if I want to be a doctor or a teacher, I must study in school and university.

Second, jobs that require education often offer higher salaries. This means I can have a better life and take care of my family.

Third, these jobs usually have more chances for promotion. I can grow in my career and learn new things.

Also, working in a professional environment helps me meet smart people and improve myself every day.

Of course, jobs without formal education can also be good. Some people are very successful without going to college.

But for me, education is important. It gives me confidence and more opportunities in the future.

So, I believe a job that needs formal education is a better choice for me.
