Banh Mi is a delicous and popular dish of the Vietnamese people .When you walk in streets in big cities of VietNam , you can see many shops selling Banh Mi with many different shapes and types. Normally Banh Mi consists of two main parts: bread and filling. Banh Mi is made from flour , usually molded into an oval shape. Filling typically consists of one or more meats, accompanying vegetables, and condiments. At the time we buy, the seller will add fillings into the Banh Mi and then toast it warm. Then Banh Mi will be very crispy and delicious. Banh Mi is a fast food but still is nutritious, so many Vietnamese people have it for breakfast and even for lunch and dinner. In conclusion, I am truly a big fan of Banh Mi .
