The smart city would have its pros and cons for living within it. It would be a highly convenient advancement, such as smart traffic management systems that decrease traffic and time spent traveling, smart buildings that consume less energy so people can live more comfortably and sustainably. Then there is the technology that brings health into fast access to improved health data management in company with medical care. But surely there are drawbacks, such as extremely compromised privacy. It is just a matter in which data collected for the citizens' service delivery makes them susceptible to cyberattacks. On top of that-smart city technology installation and maintenance costs can be quite high and may lead the already over-burdened taxpayers to pay more taxes for the residents. However, this does not mean that one would really disagree with the fact that such cities would rather lead to a modern and simplified lifestyle than lead to the discussions of privacy and affordability in their lifestyles.
