Living in urban areas has several advantages and disadvantages. The best advantage is likely its improved infrastructure. Modern roads, modern public transport, and hospitals enable urban residents to live comfortably. Education is another plus. Education is available from many schools and universities. Lastly, there are more job opportunities available in cities.
    It's easy to list disadvantages of city living, though. One is the pollution; nearly all the time, the air has dirt from the traffic and particles from the factories. Another disadvantage is the overall high cost of living. Everything-from housing to resorting to groceries-is higher in urban areas. Finally, most cities are crowded and noisy, which makes for a stressful place.
    This means that cities also have advantages and disadvantages because, to some extent, they give and take from an individual. It all depends on what you need or prefer.
