For me, the first English lesson is a lasting memory. That year, me and the third grade, after hearing that we would learn English, I was very happy. I was really looking forward to that class. Entering school, a teacher came in, we stood up and shouted: "We greet you" in Vietnamese. Then she replied: "thank kiu, sit down please". At that time, I didn't know the meaning of it, so we were dumbfounded and she said: "Please sit down". Then we sat down and started with the lecture. The new words surprised me. The class went smoothly and I felt very happy.
