They also provide emergency food supplies for them during this period of time. In addition, they remind people not to panic when they see high water levels on their way home or at work because it may lead to car accidents due to slippery roads caused by rainwater. They also encourage people not to drive through areas where there is already high water levels because their cars may get stuck due to mud or rocks under water level that block traffic movement altogether. In addition, they encourage everyone not to cross any bridge if it is flooded. The pressure of many cars on the bridge at once can cause it to collapse, resulting in serious injury for drivers.
