=> I experience stress almost daily as a student. I'm currently in 9th grade and I get so stressed out with trying to learn everything and keep up my grades at the same time. My family also places a lot of stress on me. When I get home from school, I'm frequently questioned about my achievements. Fortunately, I have a small group of close friends who never abandon me. When I'm feeling anxious, I always talk to my friends, who encourage me. On weekends and after school, I use my free time to play video games and hang out with friends. I've gotten better at dealing with stress over time. I think secondary school students should share their problems with their friends so that they can get some useful advice from their friends.

Talk about teen stress and pressure and how to cope with them:
It’s very common for young people to feel stressed out from time to time. Stress is a normal part of life for teenagers and can be caused by many different things. The more we learn about teens and stress, the better able we will be as parents to model the behaviours that can help our children learn to cope better with stress.
How to cope with stress: Eat well, get enough sleep, be physically active (find out more about getting active), cut down on alcohol, and take time to relax as well as working and studying.
Do you see any school pressures, frustrations at your studies, problems with your family/friends?
Yes, I do. My parents often put unnecessary stress on me about my grades. Sometimes I feel competitive with my friends and feel insecure about myself.
Which solutions do you think suitable for your situations? Why?
Don't be too hard on yourself. Take time to rest. Because just studying will make me stressed, unable to focus on studying.
How do you think secondary school students should train themselves to overcome their problems
Help students understand the problem. To solve a problem, students need to define an end goal. Be patient. Most problems are not solved quickly or on the first attempt. In other cases, executing the solution may be the easiest step.
