Everyone will experience different body states, from happy to tired is inevitable. The things I usually do when I feel tired are listed in the following paragraphs. Firstly, I often eat sweets like eating cakes, eating chocolate bars, drinking soda will make me forget the inherent feeling of fatigue. The second is rest and relaxation. When I'm tired, be it when I'm done with work or complicated homework, I will not play games anymore but lie down to relax my mind because the brain has to process too much and it needs rest. Finally, I'm always looking for samples of jokes or listening to music. That's what I usually do when I'm tired.

There are a lot of activities that you can do in your leisure time. Some people spend their leisure time to resting and sleeping after they going back to their workplace.Others spend their free time on their favourite activities. For example: they often listenning to music, hang out with their friendsl, go on a picnic, travel , go partying…Some people like me choose sports to enjoy their free time, among different kinds of sports, I often go to swimming. When you go to swimming, it help you fresher, more than taller and relax. When you swimming , you need all of your body activities maximum so it will very great for your nerve as much as your body.
