Basically, as a Vietnamese, i call in love with Vietnamese cuisine because it is really diverse and abundant. When it comes to traditional dishes, there is a actually a variety of them.  However, i think i am fond of eating pho which is a nothern traditional fish. Pho is one of the most Vietnamese dishes.

It is made with a lot of ingredients and efforts compared to other dish. This dish need much time to prepare. Pho is a combination between beef and vegetables. Beside that, the broth is the soul of this dish because without a flavourful broth, it is going to be tasteless. The broth is made by boiling legobones. I think it is ideal  to have a hot bowl of Pho in the early morning to replenish my energy for the whole morning. Besides, i can eat Pho every time in a day.

I believe that if someone asks me about a specciality that they need to try, i will definitely recommend them to try Pho because it is delicous.
