S + wondered/asked/asked someone/wanted to know + Wh-question + S + V(lùi thì)

⇒ Loại B, D

Vì là câu Reported Speech phải lùi thì nên sẽ chẳng có thì hiện tại đơn tồn tại ở dạng câu reported speech. `->` loại A

2. C

Cấu trúc REPORTED SPEECH ở dạng câu kể:

S + said to someone/said/told someone/ says/says to someone + (that) + S + V(lùi thì)

Cách biến đổi thì của các động từ và động từ khuyết thiếu:

will / shall      `->`   would/should

am/ is / are going to → was / were going to

Present simple  `->`    Past simple

Present continuous  `->`   Past continuous

Past continuous `->` Past perfect continuous

Present perfect  `->`   Past perfect

must                 `->`   had to

can            `->`    could

Cách biến đổi từ chỉ thgian và nơi chốn:

 today   `->`     that day

tonight  `->`   that night

tomorrow      `->`     the next day / the following day

yesterday  `->`    the day before/ the previous day

ago      `->`         before

now      `->`       then

this     `->`     that

these   `->`     those

here     `->`    there

 - Ta thấy "would be met" là bị động ở thì quá khứ với động từ khuyết thiếu  `->` vế sau vẫn chia thì quá khứ đơn.
