Bạn có thấy từ "but" không ạ, but diễn tả sự tương phản ạ. Nên theo mình thì câu 20 để dissatisfaction thì đúng hơn ạ. Gu gồ dịch không phải lúc nào cũng đúng đâu ạ 😶
