Vietnamese Vietnamese food is very different from other countries. Usually they are low in fat and high in carbohydrates. Traditional Vietnamese cooking often uses fresh ingredients, a bit of buttermilk and cooking oil, and lots of vegetables and herbs. Different sauces such as fish sauce, fish sauce, and soy sauce are quite common in the regions.
There is no stereotypical concept for a Vietnamese meal. A meal has a lot of different dishes: main course (meat, fish, eggs or tofu), vegetables, soups and rice. Rice is the main dish in Vietnam. In many families, people often sit around the tray of food with a bowl of fish sauce in the middle. Around this bowl of fish sauce is the dish. If food is arranged on a table, then the arrangement is made in the same way. The dishes are shared for everyone. Usually, there will be a large dish / plate for each dish, and people will use their chopsticks and spoons to take their portions. In general, Vietnamese food is considered healthy and popular in other countries.
